RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and in new and resalable condition. After inspection of the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping and handling costs. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.

Damaged, wrong Item(s), and defective merchandise

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to us. If you receive the wrong Item(s), damaged or defective merchandise, we will gladly replace or exchange it at no charge to you, as long as it is in the in original packaging and in new and resalable condition.

Because our bags are made by hand and made from natural materials, some imperfections and irregularities are inevitable. These variations should not be considered as defects but rather, should be celebrated as a characteristic of your bag's uniqueness! We reserve the right to not accept returns or refund due to natural imperfections or irregularities.

Please allow up to 5 business days for all returns or exchanges to be processed by our return department. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item (s).

SHIPPING POLICY

We process our orders 2-3 days after it has been received. Unless it is on a Friday. Orders received on a Friday will not process until the following Monday or the next day that does not fall in to a Holiday. All orders are shipped complete if there is a back order situation we will notify the customer in order to determine how to handle the situation. Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers. All back order orders are handled on a one by one basis. We will do our best to accommodate our customers.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at orders@yulamorocco.com

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

Every order we ship is triple checked by our staff before it is packed. However, once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. If customs opens your package, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable. Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Yula Morocco has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!

Your shipment should arrive in about 5 to 10 business days (it usually takes 3-4 days to clear customs.) and when your order ships we send a tracking number via e-mail, so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
